Replacement of goods with similar ones.

Basis of claim:

Spontaneous combustion of a car, which, according to the Plaintiff¸ occurred as a result of defects.

It was found that electric wiring in the garage, where the car was stored, was the reason for the combustion. The courts dismissed the claim.
