Substantial defect in the goods discovered after expiration of the car warranty.

Representation of the car importer.

During the legal proceedings, it was revealed that the defects were distinct and unsubstantial, and the procedure for claiming of a refund under Part 6 Article 19 of Consumers’ Rights Protection Act was violated. The courts dismissed the claim.
