Basis of claim:

Repeated elimination of defects in the goods and failure to use them for more than 30 days.

On 21 June 2011 the Leninskiy District Court of Kirov dismissed the claims due to termination of obligations under Art. 416 of the Civil Code, as the car was taken out of production.
