Subject of claim:
Recovery of liquidated damages following the entry of a judgment for the return of the value of the goods.

Delay in satisfaction of the consumer's claim.
Representation of the seller’s interests at the appeal stage.
On 26 April 2012 the Ramonsky District Court of Voronezh region partially satisfied M's claims. Penalty against AP in the amount of 10,252,710 rubles (ten million two hundred and fifty-two thousand seven hundred and ten rubles) in favour of M. and state duty to the local budget in the amount of 72,836 rubles (seventy-two thousand eight hundred and thirty-six rubles).
The appellate ruling of the Voronezh Regional Court dated July 19, 2012, reduced the penalty charge levied in favour of M. to 350 000 (three hundred fifty thousand) rubles and the amount of the state duty payable to the local budget to 6 700 (six thousand seven hundred) rubles.
