Basis of claim:

Material defect of the goods - repeated failure of electronic units.

The Avtozavodskiy District Court of Togliatti partially sustained the claims. The judicial decision was overturned by the appellate ruling of the Samara Regional Court dated February 15, 2018, and the claims were dismissed. The appellate court found that the manufacturer was not liable for the defects in the goods because, based on the expert opinion alternative to the forensic inquiry and his testimony in court.
