Subject of claim:

Compensation for damages caused by delivery of goods.

Basis of claim:

Material defect of the goods, due to which the sub-dealer incurred losses in settling the dispute with the consumer.

On 3 December 2009 the Arbitrazh of Moscow dismissed the sub-dealer's recourse claims against the supplier for damages caused by the sale of defective goods.

The court dismissed the sub-dealer's claims against the supplier.
