Let me introduce myself

My name is Irina Shmakova. I am an attorney at law.

I've been working exclusively in proceedings since 2003. Having gained 5 years of experience directly in the judicial system, now I am actively using my understanding of legal proceedings in the practice of law.

Since 2008 I've been defending rights of sellers, manufacturers, importers and contractors under the "Consumers' Right Protection" Law of the Russian Federation. I'm involved in establishing of case law on controversial issues, meanwhile I monitor all changes and trends, investigating why matters in controversy arise, and therefore I know how to solve them.

My major competency is representation of interests of car manufacturers, as well as manufacturers of other industries, contractors, importers, sellers and owners of goods (services) aggregators during sale of goods, execution of works, rendering of services and in cases related to contractual obligations.

I was granted the status of Attorney at Law in 2012 (Registration No.77/11221) by the Moscow Chamber of Attorneys.

I have been constantly improving my qualification in advocacy by training and direct conduct of cases. I teach practicing lawyers. More about training ...

I have a team of certified and experienced lawyers, and we solve legal issues in different regions of the Russian Federation. I have an experience in processing of cases in more than 50 constituent entities of the Russian Federation. Cooperating with the professional lawyers who have a vast experience (over 10 years) representing companies in the sale of goods, services according to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the "Consumers' Rights Protection" Law in any region of the Russian Federation.
